To accept the outcomes of situations, understanding the
reasons even when I don't agree the action or intent. To
aim for reparation and atonement.

To behave unselfishly, using my personal and
professional people-influencing skills to achieve the
best outcomes for others, but maintaining awareness of
my own needs for physical and emotional well-being. In
situations where there is conflict, to state it so
options can be explored for the best resolution.
7. High Standards
Through keeping abreast of developments in the fields of
cognitive and educational development, to offer a range
of enabling techniques to inspire, motivate, guide and
care for others' mental and emotional wellbeing. To
expect high quality performance from myself,
communicating with integrity and clarity. To also
expect this of others, but recognising that their
standards and values will not be the same as mine, which
will form our basis for discussion about how we go
forward. Taking pride in my achievements, my conduct
and my business, continuing my self-development
through ongoing research and education, building
alliances with reputable bodies, promoting my work and
my sphere of working by raising its profile and working
within the law. Maintaining confidentiality and
accurate record keeping in the clients' best interests.
