“Christine is a well organised and insightful person who's commitment and hard work can only be matched by her drive and determination. I would recommend Christine whole-heartedly and would add, her pedigree of past employment makes her a very valuable person to have on any consulting panel or think tank. Her work shops are excellent and her organisational capacity, truly amazing.”

My 7 Personal Values

which guide my day to day living, and which I mean to enrich my professional performance are:

1. Compassion

Using kindness and wisdom to understand others' situations, and act accordingly.

2. Be Myself

To live my beliefs and values, to follow my passion in helping develop myself and others achieve creatively.  To be honest, compassionate, focused - seeking and developing opportunities to enrich my life, my business and my circle of friends and clients.

3.  Boldness

To have confidence in my own vision, values and performance to take bigger, broader, more challenging steps to influence the bigger picture and further opportunities.

4. Be reflective

To use mental stillness to focus on issues, consider feedback. To recognise that each situation holds the essence of its own remedy.

5.  Be Forgiving

To accept the outcomes of situations, understanding the reasons even when I don't agree the action or intent. To aim for reparation and atonement.

6. Selflessness

To behave unselfishly, using my personal and professional people-influencing skills to achieve the best outcomes for others, but maintaining awareness of my own needs for physical and emotional well-being. In situations where there is conflict, to state it so options can be explored for the best resolution.

7. High Standards

Through keeping abreast of developments in the fields of cognitive and educational development, to offer a range of enabling techniques to inspire, motivate, guide and care for others'  mental and emotional wellbeing. To expect high quality performance from myself, communicating with integrity and clarity.  To also expect this of others, but recognising that their standards and values will not be the same as mine, which will form our basis for discussion about how we go forward.  Taking pride in my achievements, my conduct and my business, continuing my self-development through ongoing research and education, building alliances with reputable bodies, promoting my work and my sphere of working by raising its profile and working within the law.   Maintaining confidentiality and accurate record keeping in the clients' best interests.
